The tonic has a pleasant cooling and relaxing effect, removes signs of fatigue and tension in the eye area. Gives tone and elasticity, soothes, moisturizes and brightens the skin.
Has a drainage effect, reduces swelling in the eye area. It is used to saturate dry and sensitive skin around the eyes with nutrients and moisture. The pH level of the tonic is equal to the pH of a person's tear.
Application
Dampen cotton pads with tonic and place them on your eyelids for about 10-20 minutes while using the professional care mask.
Advice. Store the toner in the refrigerator for a quicker effect.
